Best Graphics Card Upgrade around £100 for gaming ?

I have a Fujistu Siemens Scaleo P with Radeon 9200 SE (AGP) currently & Processor is p4 3 ghz HT; + 512mb RAM.

I recently started to play games on it and its blatently apparent the current card doesn't cope well with the games i.e Doom 3. Any ideas on a good card to upgrade to that won't cost me the earth (around £100) ????

Cheers - at least I have something to go on now - not had much to do with Graphics cards before ! I'll Check em out
