Best graphics card with S-Video (pref nVidia)

Would you mind using a VGA to S video adapter? There seems to be one in the jungle for a few pounds. If so then you could get any card you want, although higher end cards will need a DVI to VGA adapter first before you can use the s video adapter.

ye, i think that'd work! would be modern cards be able to "tv-out" to DVI?

Audio's not a problem, it'll just come out of my speakers.

The only thing with going to a GTX260/80 or a Radeon 4xxx series is that they aren't DX11 and just feel that it would be a worthwhile upgrade to make sure my new card has that as standard. My 8800gt that i currently have has a S-Video port, but my motherboard only has one PCI-E slot and i want to play BF3 looking swanky when it comes out so need the new card really :)
