I'd say Dirt 2 (or 3 in a few weeks), I havn't played Shift 1 or 2 on the PC so can't comment on whether they look better than Dirt 2

Having played DIRT3 its such an imporvment over DiRT2 its unreal. Ive only played the x360 but the graphics look so sharp and crisp.

PC DX11 version will look amazing

even at that the graphics are embarrassing, glitchy,low res textures, pop up, dull...............its really not a great looking game at all. I must sound biased stating all these console racers look rubbish but its true. The pc racers look and run much much better, In fact they all look better and im running them on eyefinity just shows the massive gap between consoles and pc

Shift 2 looks very nice from what I've seen, if the driving is the same as first one best avoid though.

GRID has better graphics than GT5 for starters you can have AA/AF on GRID.

Console games shouldnt even be mentioned here tbh, but yeah like most of already said look at the NFS Shift games or Dirt, Test Drive Unlimited 2 looks decent to me too at max settings.
