Does that bet include OCZ drives?

No..... Lets say crucial, intel or even Kingston. It doesn't relate to they are SSDs... it just they are bad drives :S

I'm on my 3rd OCZ, so far none have ever been RMA'd.. vertex 1,2E and 3, so I guess I'm betting money on them.

Me too, Vertex 2E and Agility 3 both working perfectly
