Best heatsink for a Q6600 & DS3R

As title, I'm looking for recomendations for the best heatsink for a q6600 on a DS3R.

~think~ I'm about to go back to air after years of H2o

oh yes its all in a coolermaster 690 dominator - that I'd quite like to actually have the side on!

tuniq tower, if it will fit

I have the same board and cpu, with a Tuniq Tower in a Akasa Zen, which is a tiny case, so it will fit fine.
