I am using my Stock Heatsink & Fan on my 4400+. I want to replace it with a better cpu cooler. Playing Games and overclocking is what I use it for mainly. I was thinking about buying the following:

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940) (FG-000-AR)

or

ThermalRight SI-120 (Socket 754/939/478) Heatsink (HS-023-TR)

with

Arctic Silver 5 Thermal Compound (3.5g) (AC-000-AC)

Which one would you recommend?

I am using the Artic Cooler on my X2 3800. Its a great cooler for my system.

Its got great efficiency without being too loud. Its even better when cool & quiet is enabled on my motherboard as the system is almost silent when idle.
