Best is personal opinion, but do you mean mono speaker like a portable one, stereo hifi speakers, or 5.1 or 7.1?
Also with blutooth you are limited to the low bandwidth, so no point getting high end speakers, as you need to use lossy radio transmission.

For £500, I'd get a B&W Zeppelin. I've got one and it's very good for a "one box speaker solution".
