Best HS for EXXX?

Hey,
Im looking to spend around £35 on a HS for my E8400.
Will be aiming to get around 3.8-4ghz out of it.

Ive been looking at the two sunbeams -

Tuniq Tower
&
Core contact freezer

Im leaning toward the cheaper core contact one, as this also seems to score higher in reviews?

Any advice or further suggestions?

I had the tuniq tower on my e6600 system and loved it really quiet on lowest fan setting (also fan can always be replaced if needed) and very low temps especially once I lapped it and the cpu.

ive got scthe infinity (mugen) and my e7300 clocked to 3.6 doesnt go over 45 in games plus teh fan is really quiet
