Best HTML editor for Linux?

Well most website management tools suck a bit (unless you know of any good ones)
Any scripting I want I just do in vi and test on Perl
So really its just something to produce nice HTML code to save me writing it myself.
 
That doesn't really answer the question, but meh..

I use Eclipse for anything development, except Smalltalk because the Squeak VM kicks the pants off anything and everything.
