best image hosting site with windows tool, phone tool and browser tool

I find it a bit of a hassle trying to upload images for forums etc to image hosting site

what i really want is one where on windows i can right click and send to hosting site

i use flickr for my dslr photography which basically has a (possibly a third party) tool like this and it is so simple

i only really know of imgur and photobucket
each incarnation of photobucket seems to make it worse and i dont have a tool for it

suggestions?

Search for Hyperdesktop it is freeware, if you struggle finding it I can upload it somewhere for you. Postimg.org is another good image hoster from what I hear.
