Cheap enough these days to rent your own webspace tbh. If these 'restrictions' are that onerous (imgur, really??). One shared server over several domains gives me not only a place to host uncensored imagery but also several Exchange servers. Cost is less than £20 a month and worth every penny imo.
Tinypic, or imgur with the right click extension for me. I use Photobucket for things occasionally but their bandwidth allowance on the free membership is pathetic.
You don't really need to set anything up, just copy the image files to the servers public html directory and then your link to the images will be domainname/image.jpg
Imgur is great. Especially with the Chrome extension as others have mentioned. You can resize after upload. But if you want to batch upload and resize all the images then you need an account (which is free).
