whats the best app to keep track of how much of my internet allowance iv used?

for some reason the gps bit dosnt update that well
ill give 3G watchdog a go

I tied 3G Watchdog up to APNdroid so that when i hit 99% usage, it turns off Data completely. So no way i can go over and be stung with bills
