best internet provider?

so me and my sister are thinking of changing our internet providers (bulldog) and i just wanted to know which one is the best. my sister is saying o2 but i just want to double check

Why are you changing?

our internet has been running really slow lately, the two of us can hardly get decent speeds when we are on at the same time
