Best isp for a novice?

My mate wants to get wireless internet, and I was thinking of Nildram Broadband Surf upto 2Mb† Broadband with 25GB transfer! Ideal for home users and small businesses.

He will need hardware too.

Any recomendations?

I got Be* for my parents house and it was easy as pie to set up the BeBox and get the service running, even came with built in security.

Nicest touch was the little stickers on everything like on the manual "warning, nerdy information inside". Its not plug and play because you need to set up the security on the PC but its as close as it gets.
