Best ISP for none LLU line

What is the best ISP for a none LLU line there is no other equipment on my exchange I'm willing to pay upto £40pm exc line rental I was looking at idnet but are there any others

What sort of usage are you looking for? AAISP are very good but pricey if you want a lot of peak (0900-1800) usage.

Will I get better/more stable speed with zen/idnet,it the min in syncing@3200-3400 on a 62db line

Changing ISP won't change the sync speed - if you're staying on a BT Wholesale line then the kit remains the same regardless of the ISP.
