Best ISP to go with?

Just got a letter from Orange through the post today, saying that from the 28th (tomorrow!) they are cancelling my account (for downloading too much).

So now got to find a company to go with - any recommendations? And does anyone know how long it will take? (It is adsl)

apparently i've downloaded >80gb last month and >50gb this month, so need some decent package that will let me download that much

Can't get be in my area.

The best i've found so far is http://www.fireflyinternet.com/services/adsl.htm but that is still only 30gb for 25 quid a month (and 1.50 per gb after that)

LLU Services? What are they?

Idealy I am after something with a small contract time (1/3 months would be nice), at least over 50gb b/w a month (prefer 100gb really to be safe), no p2p restrictions (most of b/w isn't actually even used for p2p), much prefer dynamic ip, and also if they let you send emails using different pop servers (always found that with orange you could only send emails via their servers/their email account). At the moment pipex max (see http://www.pipex.co.uk/allthefacts/ ) seems to be the best (unlimited [under a fair use policy])

Although looking at http://www.ispreview.co.uk/review/censura.php?cmd=details&itemid=243 it doesn't seem too good. Although most of the problems seem to be with support, and i don't think i've ever called orange's support line/email apart from when phoning up to sign up originally...

Does anyone know if the orange livebox will work with other ISPs? (Probably will end up getting a new modem but [apart from Wanadoos speedtouch usb modem i have somewhere] its the only adsl modem i have)

edit - i've also re-read the letter. i am being suspended from tomorrow but it ends on oct 5th. so when would be the best time to migrate? what is the maximum amount of time it will take? i don't want any downtime really but don't want to lose half a month (ish) of what i've paid for with orange.
