Best ISP?

I am looking for a new ISP for under £20 a month

I do a lot of gaming, surfing and some warez.

What do you think is the best?

ADSL24, Titan or UKFSN.

Home 30 should do me but i never had a limited ISP so i got 330gb usage?

Effectively, yes, just bear in mind that 300Gb of that only applies to off-peak times (10pm-8am and 24/7 on the weekends).

UKFSN

Remember this system will never cause speeds to be reduced below 2Mb/s and generally only operates for a few hours late at night and at the weekend.

What are people's experiences with this?

I am only only online 3 or 4 pm - 11 pm in the week.

You can view this working here: http://noc.enta.net/?page_id=166 It's just entered off peak time. You don't get more honest than real time data (sampled every minute for the top one and every 5 for the % load at bottom IIRC) of the load on their central's.

I know some people will disagree but Virgin (NTL) 20Mb works wonders for me!
