Best IT Courses ?

My employer has offered me training through the next 12 months as apart of a deal into a new promotion. What are the best I.T. courses out there? (certifications, sever-side etc)

bit generic no? surely we need more info no?
what do you do etc etc? no point being in trained in something you will never use and im sure your employer would be mega ****ed if you spent company money on something thats no use to them.

Get certified with the technologies you use in your everyday job. Be it windows MCITP/VCP/Cisco/Whatever

IT Technician (Server side and First line)

We use:

Exchange, Terminal Server
Sage (Payroll, HR . . )
Network Management
Network Security
Database Admin (MySql)
VOIP
First line support

I will be managing two buildings, with projects including building new servers (SAN, exchange . .) and core router.

MCITP and VCP sound beneficial, thanks Dave
