Best ITX CPU cooler available in UK

I've been reading a number of threads that say that the Thermalright AXP140 and the Prolimatech Samuel 17 are the best ITX compatible CPU coolers that leave the PCI-Express slot available, but neither of these seems to be available to buy in the UK.

That being the case, what's the best ITX CPU cooler that you actually can buy here?

TBH,they are not truly mini-ITX compliant due to their height.

The Noctua NH-L9i is 38MM high. Here is a review:

I should be more specific - I'm trying to fit it into an SG07 case. I think that gives me about 90-100mm headroom (rough guess).

If you can hold off a week or so the new Thermalright AXP-100 should be showing up. They have been pretty quiet about it but last rumor is they started production about a week ago. Assuming they want to catch Xmas sales it will be rushed to market.

What motherboard is it buddy?
If it's the Asrock, the Samuel 17 and the AXP-140 both work without issue or blocking the pci-e slot.

Will keep a 3570k at 4.5ghz with a nice quiet 120mm fan such as an 1150 rpm Gentle Typhoon.
73mm high, with a 25mm thick fan installed.

The only way you'll get an AXP-140 now is secondhand, they are out of production.

The new AXP-100 will compare to the Samuel 17 in performance.

^ Any ideas on when they AXP-100 will be out and the price range? The stock Intel cooler is so loud and not very good at cooling.

I put a Scythe mini shuriken in a SG06 , it just needed the ends of the 3 copper pipes cutting off, they overhang the PCI slot.
