Best Joypad for Android Tablet?

I've just bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and I'm very happy with it buy I'm looking for a wireless controller I can use to play some games on it.

Ideally looking at playing some emulators on this but not sure what the best control option is.

How about using a PS3 dualshock controller and connecting by bluetooth and using a stand to keep it upright.

Can i also ask your thoughts on the tab so far? Battery life wise etc.. Im looking at one vs the 8.4
