Best 'keep fit' games for the Ps3?

My sister recently acquired a Ps3. She isn't a gamer at all but she's looking for a game to keep fit.

I know the Wii has plenty of this type of game, but the Ps3? I'm no good with this type of stuff because I don't get on with it.

Anyone got any suggestions?

(obviously she'll need to get a move controller as well)

Well I wouldn't bother with EA Sports Active 2.0. It's too much messing about strapping on all the sensors and the exercises nearly killed me. That's the only one I know about on PS3.

theres a one called sony move fitness which came out recently

that lists some of the games that support move, not all of them will be fitness ones, but some like the sports game such as racket sports, sports champions etc could slighly be fitnessy type ones.

go on a bike ride, running, swimming or gym... could even play a team sport.

Best move game by far, you need 2 controllers though, the fitness dlc is worth a look too.

Join a server on battlefield 3 then see if you can run around the block before it kicks your for inactivity

Sports Champion is on the PS3, but tbh, anyone who really believes they can get fit by playing computer games probably should just turn it off and go outside...
