Best laptop Budget 600

Hi I'm looking for a laptop for my Mrs who is currently in university. Something that won't crash when she wants to have chrome/word/Spotify open like her current one. It won't be used for gaming, or cpu heavy tasks. 600 is max budget.

Thanks in advance, and any review/advice is appreciated, will probably wait till black Friday also so anything towards 700 could be considered with the black Friday sales.

Any Dell latitude (as they come with 3 year warranty) will be more than enough for her needs. 8th generation CPU (i3 will do fine) and make sure the screen is not 1366x768 (surprised they still make these).
