Best laptop for £400?

[bigdunc]

Hi

I have been asked for advice on what is the best current laptop for £400? It is for a friend who is going to university so will only be used for general office applications and web browsing and e-mail. I'm not well up on laptops and thought you guys maybe able to point me in the right direction. Only things it must have are intergrated webcam, preferably 3Gb ram and Windows 7.

Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

Cheers
