Best laptop for£500-£600 MAX

Hi, were looking to get a laptop for a budget price but want the best for our money, im not up to it with laptop tecnology so what suggestions can you guys give us? the lappy we were looking at was a Advent 7083 but for forum rule reasons i cant link to it. the speck is this>

Your above spec is the best i have seen for that sort of money.
