For about £500-£700?

Doesn't have to be super powerful graphic wise (I'll never play games on it) just needed for everyday use, it will become my main computer.

Sony Vaio FW31E can be had for a bit less than £700 in some places, great buy. It's not the highest spec but the screen is fantastic, it's a nice looking machine and very well made.
