Best large air cooler (such as NH-D15 or dark Rock Pro 4, etc)?

I will soon be upgrading to a Ryzen 3000 system and am looking for the best large air cooler. I will probably have a mild overclock but I am aiming for low noise over other factors.

So far the NH-D15 and dark Rock Pro 4 look interesting. I currently have an NH-D14 (I think?) on my 3930K and am impressed with it. Which would be the better of these two coolers or is there anything else I should look at?

Thank you.

I'm still running my NH-D14.

Amazing cooler and support from Noctua. I bought this with my 3570k and still using it in 2019 with a 3700x.

NH-D14 cools as well (maybe slightly better) NH-D15 and other top tier coolers. The only reason it is a few degrees hotter in most reviews is becuase it has slower fans so not quite as much airflow and thus a little warmer temps. If you want to improve it, PH-F140HP_II, TY-147A, or similar fans roundish fans using 105mm mounting hole spacing (120mm fan mounting holes) will clip on with minor mods. If you want massive cooling go with TY-143 fans, but if you run them above 1300rpm they get progressively louder and louder.
