Best Large Android Tablet?

Hi Guys

I want an Android tablet, requirements are:

- Large screen (as big as they go and still able to get it in a backpack or messenger bag)
- Good performance
- Able to put a sim card straight into it for data access

What should I buy please?

Yes, 12" (if that's the biggest they go) would be my preference, and with a SIM slot.
