Just wondering if anyone could shed some light on LED controllers. Trying to put together a COB Strip with a transformer and wireless controller but not sure which wireless controller is best. If I can get one that can be used with Apple HomeKit that would be great - but I am not sure which to get. I've done some research and seen things mentioned like Zigbee etc but I'm a bit confused.
Just want a controller that uses an app that is fairly well known that I can expand things with (not Philips Hue as they're too expensive).
For example, I'v seen a Milight Miboxer LED Controller - but can that connect to Apple Homekit? I've seen Zigbee mentioned then Matter? Feels very confusing and difficult.
I'd like to just get the right system wiht one interface so later on I can add more automation to it verus having one app for the LEDs, one app for thermostat etc etc
