Best (legal) site to download music?

I'm looking for somewhere that will allow me to pay for a track, and then download it as a >=192Kbps MP3 file.... I don't want any WMAs or copy-crippled rubbish. (I assume MSN Music serves WMAs?)

Just want simple, legal, good quality MP3 files.....

Any recommendations?

I have heard that tesco do music but i havent tried them. Take it iTunes isnt a option.

iTunes could be an option.... if they sell MP3s?
