What paint are people using to reduce light reflection off walls?
I’ve looked in b&q and the obvious choice is either a black or dark grey Matt paint?

Any recommendations for other paints or other methods?
The room I use is small and lights up very bright on bright movie scenes

Thanks

Velvet or similar on the screen wall if feasible. Look at the ceiling colour too.

Walls, if you don't fancy grey then any of the deeper matt tone would do okay.

From a design point of view, a tri-tone combination of dark chocolate, cappuccino plus a mid tone works well. If you're looking for something more monotone then Dulux Monarch is a deep red/brown tone that works well too.

Thanks for your input!

Thanks for all the replys, given me plenty to think about, I started by carpeting the door last night even that made a big difference

If you don't want black or flat grey you could go for a blue tint such as what @dancook has here:

That’s really nice! Do you know the exact colour / brand he used?
Thanks
