this may be the worst thread i've made 
but what light would be good for the following....
TV and PC in the room, also used for reading/ writing at thte pc desk
light is in the middle of the room on the ceiling
have one of those 3 spotlight ones just now, apart from the bulbs blowing it's ok for when using the pc as my back is turned to it but when watching the tv the light shining from it catches my eye, if i turn them all to face the TV then it becomes useless for reading
but what light would be good for the following....
