You can shoot arrows in skyrim and guns in fallout! sorted lol. Nah seriously though most fps these days have rpg elements. Levelling up, gearing up. Borderlands, battefield, call of duty, crysis. They all have skill or gear based progress. I think we need a first person rpg genre to cover the viewpoints allowed, and consider pure rpg to be a top down or followcam fixed or something.

Just Cause 2 for me. (not an fps though)

Grab a plane and go flying in that game. Awesome world/landscape graphics.

Fps would be Crysis 2.
