SWTOR is a hard game to sell for because the game really hasnt been optimized for low end cards yet. Especially ATI!
I had a 5970 with Q6600 and i would often got FPS drops to 10-20 FPS.
I recently when up to a I-2700k clocked to 4.8k and it now runs at a rock solid 80-100 FPS. I really dont know if it was my processor bottle necking my GPU or 4Gig of Ram not being enough. It might just have been the fact I formatted my computer. No fing clue!
