I have has an Asus Z87 Deluxe for a few weeks and i'm still yet to get the damm thing working, problems instalingwindows and when it does go on the machine seems to loose power to it's USB sockets every now and then and off course i have no mouse or KB control and have to reset it just to get mouse working again, so far Asus support has been a joke and i'm on the brin k of dumppiong the board and going else where which is a real shame as i love the features of the board.

So who are the best as giving cust support in your eyes in an ideal world i'd love to be able to speak to a human after all i have just shelled out £400 on 2 motherboards a bod to speak to is the least i expect.

gigabyte have the best support and are based in Milton keynes

asrock aint bad either in my experience but you have to send/rma to the Netherlands

as for usb3 ports make sure your running latest usb3 drivers and the latest motherboard bios

Thanks Wazza, I don't mind sending back to the Netherlands if it's an RMA job but right now i can't even speak to anyone is Asus and i'm sitting here £400 in boards doing nothing right now I am looking at another board just came across ASRock that had 22 SATA ports LOL, i mean not even i need that miuch.
As for USB I have having issues with just basic USB2, i put things like KB and mouse in USB2, it stopped giving power to USB ports even befor ei got to put ANY usb 3 drivers in.
