Best Manufacturers for Performance Laptops...

I'm debating getting a laptop due to the need for a mobile gaming machine.
I was looking at the Dell XPS, but was wondering what else was about?

I've seen some Rock laptops, and Zepto look ok (albeit 8600GT 512MB).

Any others?

I'm really looking for a 8700 card in a laptop. I've noticed Zepto do some great systems for good prices - its a pity they dont offer the 8700..

If you want the fastest, look at Alienware. Some nice new models.

I also notice that Alienware's top laptop is based on the 945P chipset, rather than the 800Mhz FSB types..
