Best match advice required

I'm looking to see what would be the best memory to match with these two systems:

Asrock X99M Fatal1ty Killer + 5930k

Asus Gene VIII + 6700k

I already own a set of Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (4x 8GB) DDR4 2400Mhz CL14, and I'm thinking that would be best matched with the X99 system? If so what should I be buying for the Skylake system?

Alternatively, would it be ok to put 2 sticks in each system or would I be better keeping the 4 together for quad channel in the X99 system? Obviously, splitting the set of 4 into 2 sets of 2 will mean i dont need to outlay any cash.

Having Google'd around, it looks like:

  • 32GB (4*8) of 2400MHz would be best for the X99 system - already own this RAM.
  • 16GB (2*8) of 3000MHz for the Skylake system - still to buy.
Does that sound about right?
