Best MB & PSU for this setup

Ive picked the following components for my new pc but need a little advice on what the best motherboard and PSU is to get.
I need good overclocking capability and running in sli mode.

Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz (1066FSB) - Retail (CP-128-IN)

G.Skill 2GB DDR2 HZ PC2-6400 (2x1GB) CAS4 Dual Channel Kit (F2-6400PHU2-2GBHZ) (MY-013-GS)

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ST3250620A ATA-100 16MB Cache (HD-087-SE)

Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music - OEM (SC-043-CL)

do you have a budget?

and is there a specific reason why you have picked 2 7900GTO's?

Probably about 200 pound budget and the 2 cards are to run SLI mode.

I'd recommend the new Seasonic M12 700W, or Corsair HX620W that has the same design, but with better warranty and modular cable setup.

perhaps the query about the 7900's is more a why those instead of say other ati or nvidia offerings

Psu = FSP FX600w and it's 85% high efficency.
