Best 'Meat' restaurant in Bristol

A friend in works 40th bday is coming up in a month or so, when asked what his favourite type of food was he said 'meat'.

So if we were to go out for an evening in Bristol, where's the best meat restaurant?

The Cowshed near the bottom of Whiteladies is very good.

Do you have any Brazilian BBQ like places? Bem Brazil in Manchester is awesome - all you can eat Brazilian BBQ meat /drool.

Grill stock is cool for lunch time things, but it doesn't really support evening + beer type consumption

Whilst I haven't been, Atomic Burger always interested me, and apparently they have one in Bristol

I've been to the Atomic Burger in Oxford and it's very good, but probably not this.

I've been to a place called the Firehouse Rotisserie in Bath, I think they might have a branch in Bristol as well...

I think we'll probably go with Graze tbh, people tend to be a bit fussy and like to specifically remain in the centre.
