Best Media / Streaming device

Hi all,

I'm after a media / streaming device, but I'm not sure what I want or whats best to fit my needs, I think I have ruled out a Pi3 is there anything out there that meets my needs? :

Support streaming apps inc Prime Video, Netflix, NowTV, iPlayer etc...
Stream HD media from my NAS probibly via Kodi
Possibly some SNES / Sega emulation because why not

HDMI out is a must, I think ChromeOS would pretty much cover what I want.

Bear in mind Netflix limits resolution per device, so it's worth checking Chrome OS will do full HD.

Personally I really liked the Bay Trail Atom machines, they were low power quad core boxes that handled media really nice and even emulated PlayStation ok. But the fixed 2GB of memory soon became insufficient on Windows 10. Maybe look up "Chrome OS on Z3735f" and see if people like it.
