Best Mem For Conroe e6600 an mobo?

Hey going to be getting a Conroe e6600 soon whats the best Mem for this? i was thinking of the Asus P5W DH Deluxe WiFi (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-152-AS)

Max about £200 on mem

Geil Ultra is very good at the mo!

but also the Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 6400C4 TwinX, u can either for the cas 5 or cas 4!

oh sorry did some testing on my 6600 and it did 500 x 6 easy I have a validation for it somewhere

and 400 x 9 as well
