best mem for this board?

just brought this board.

and want to know what mem would go best with it. would 4 gig of pc2 6400 or 2 gig of pc2 8500 be best.

i'm using 32bit vista and the main use of the pc is gaming.

The problem with 4gb on vista 32bit is that it won't be able to recognise all your memory.

In this instance I'd go with the 2gb option.

I would go with this particular ram, great brand, cooling and speeds, great option to OC as well.
