Best mem test software?

I have a strong suspection that one of my memory sticks is faulty. But seeing as i have four i don't know which

I have 4 sticks of 2GB Nivida DDR2 Ram, filling all the slots.

What is the best software to test the memory and report back which stick is faulty? I am on Windows 7 on a DELL XPS 720 H2C

Memtest86+ but you'll have to do some swapping around.

Beware though. Although memory related, memory problems aren't always memory module related i.e. it could be the memory controller. Test one stick at a time and in different banks. If a stick fails in one bank but not the other, then it's more likely to be a faulty mem controller. If the single stick fails in both banks, then it's safe to say failed memory.
