Best memory for my motherboard (1.9v limit)

What would be the best DDR2 for my motherboard bearing in mind the max it pumps out is 1.9v?

I've been considering the GeIL Black Dragon seeing as they range from 1.9+ are CAS4 and have an 8 layer PCB which should offer better overclocking stability.

Thoughts?

I have 4GB of this running at 800Mhz, 4-4-4-12, 1.8v and it passed a whole night of memtest despite being rated at 1.9-2.2v:
