Well guys im down to the last component need checking and im stuck on which memory to get, so i was wondering if you can find one with the following specifications:

Chip type:micron chip
Clockspeed:DDR2-800
Size:2gig
Bandwidth: PC2-6400

I plan to overlock in the future but not atm.

Thanks

The Ballistix, Cellshock or the new G.Skill HZ are the ones to be looking at.

The OCZ Reaper is looking good too if you can put up with its heatsinks.

My cousin is also buildin a rig near identical to mine (mainly cos i copied him ROFL:P) He is going for crucial ballistix too. Just wanted to justify the reason why. Apparently its overlock is awsome which is a nice thing to know for when i do overlock.

Now i got one more question but it dont belong here. Basically wanted to know if anyone has a picture of a HR-03 Plus on a P5K Deluxe. Wanted to see if it hits the heatpipe,

Well Crucials RMA service is the best in the industry. You send them off to Scotland and they're replaced within 5 days, sometimes as little as 48 hours if they're not too busy.

I'd expect them all to overclock pretty similar since they use the same chips. Cellshock claim to cherry-pick their D9 chips, but Crucial are actually owned by Micron and I'd like to think that they get first pick.

Yeah it's ok.

But have a search through the Overclocking and Motherboard forums to see if anyone has answered your question.

Cool, using the information you 2 gave and what my cousin has reserched, the crucial ballistix pc-6400 2x1Gig should be cool.
I read revies on its impressive overclock.
I plan to overlock but atm i have not got enough information, if the building goes well and quick i may look up into it to do the smallest overclock possible:D and will progress from there.

Sent them an email 7 days ago and only got a reply from them today. Telling me I have to wait a few more days. :o

Not surprised though, it's probably my fault for not doing it over the phone.

Their email replies are usually pretty quick.

But yeah the freephone number is usually the best way of getting their attention.
