About 18 months ago I built a Ryzen 7 pc and had issues running the memory at its rated speed. I read that certain brands/models worked better than others but at the time I couldn’t afford a new set of ram.

Anyway, I’m now able to replace the ram but not sure what to get. I’m looking for 32GB and my cpu is Ryzen 7 3800X and my board is a Aorus X570 Elite.

Thanks in advance.

Crucial would be quite high end for good price.

Crucial Ballistix 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C16 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit - £158.99
SKU
: MY-20R-CR
Crucial Ballistix RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C16 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit - £169.99
SKU
: MY-20U-CR

Btu also fastest normally available 16-16-16 latency dual rank Samsung B-die is now more reasonably priced:
Team Group 8Pack Edition 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 PC4-28800C16 3600MHz Dual Channel Kit - £199.99
SKU
: MY-002-8P

Though not sure what's the capability of memory controller in that particular CPU individual.

I have tried both the Crucial and the Samsung 3200Mhz kits and they overclocked very well to 3600 with CL16 so they have very good compatibility with Ryzen.

Currently have the Samsung Bdies ratesd at 3200 and running at 3800
