Hi Guys

I'm after some help on choosing DDR2 memory, I want the best memory I can buy within my budget of £340-00, looking at buying 4GB,

I would also like the memory to run in SLI Mode.

Will the types of memory below run at 1150MHZ with my MB and CPU or will it just default back to 1066MHZ and if so would I be better just to look at memory running at 1066MHZ

Looking at the following
Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel Kit

The 1066mhz is quad pumped, meaning you only need memory running at 266.5mhz to use the processor at it's default speed. 6400 is best for this, anything above that is a waste of money tbh.

Ballistix 6400 tbh.
