Best memory setting

ok I have 4gb memory with following setting available, as shown on CPU-Z.

800mhz

The bit thats thrown me is the Command Rate 2T. Will it still perform better at 800mhz even though this has to increase?

In a day to day basis u won't spot the difference between 1T and 2T, the only way u will is from synthetic benchmarks.
