Best Method For Flushing System

I'm going to be adding an additional GPU into my loop, so I'm thinking I might as well vacuum the rads and fans and generally perform a bit of maintenance.

What's the best method for flushing any crap out the loop? I'm thinking just fill with de-ionised water and drain a couple of times before adding the Mayhems, would it be that simple?

I don't intend to replace any hoses or fittings as the loop has only been installed for about 8 or 9 months.

If your rads are in and clean you only use part two, make sure to read the instructions

Yeah just flush out with DI water and fill up with whatever coolant you fancy... I've been running DI water with 2 kill coils for ages with no problems...

If you want to be uber cheap you can probably flush with tap water as the water won't be in your loop/components for long enough to cause any damage. All the pre loop cleaning I did with my system was done with tap water on a per component basis.
