res is very dirty and cloudy,you can see a scum line
there is bits stuck in there in bottom,but because its a sealed unit i cant get in to clean it properly,is there something I could use to get glass clean and wash any gunk out ?

It does come apart with a bit of force. The trick is to get it back together while getting a good seal. I have had my Photon 270 apart a couple of times now with no problems. It's coming apart again on my next drain to be modified to make filling easier.
managed to open it and clean it,like new now
just need to pressure test it now somehow?

Just fill it up and leave it overnight. If it leaks take it apart and try again, if it doesn't then all is good. Thats all I did.
