Best method to clone a hard drive?

What does everyone use? I need to create a clone of my main production PC and move it to a bigger disk.

Is there a good free cloning program? Or is there a reasonable alternative to Norton Ghost :eek:

?

I've had bothers with Windows based cloning apps, would ideally like a Linux/Dos boot version...

Normally I would. My home pc gets nuked very often, but I have LOTS of work related software and files it take best part of a day

Clonezilla is the nuts, thank you jbloggs! Had it downloaded, burned to disk and cloned my system faster that I could have just installed XP on it's own. Awesome
